Is your school district considering replacing their diesel school buses with greener propane-fueled buses?
They’ll want to know about grants available from the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. The agency is currently accepting requests for proposal for grants of $15,000 or $20,000 to replace old diesel buses with new diesel, propane, natural gas, or electric models.
They’re also offering training Wednesday, June 13th for interested applicants. It takes place at 1:30 p.m. at the MPCA office in St. Paul, as well as electronically.
This is the first in a series of grants for this purpose. Find out more here.
