North America Energy (NAE), a division of Lakes Gas Co., is a wholesale distributor of propane in the upper Midwest. NAE has a rail terminal and 450,000 gallons of storage in Hampton, Iowa and also in Hankinson, North Dakota. A third rail terminal is in the process of being completed in Proctor, Minnesota (near Duluth) which will have a 270,000-gallon storage capacity.
NAE is also a shipper of propane on the Williams, Kinder Morgan, and Cochin pipelines. With the number of pipeline outages, the availability of an alternate supply has become increasingly important to the supply picture.
Terminal pricing can be faxed or e-mailed to you for your rack needs. We also offer fixed pricing contracts at the pipeline and rail terminals.
