Guaranteed/Locked Pricing Agreement
Lakes Gas Co. is pleased to offer you a locked/prebuy gas price for your fuel needs through the upcoming heating season. You may prebuy your propane needs by paying 100% at the time of signing the agreement form or you may lock in a price for your propane needs by submitting a down payment at that time. A locked price will be calculated at a slightly higher rate per gallon than the full prebuy price.
- This is a pricing agreement only.
- Any change of delivery type at any time must be initiated by the customer.
- Deliveries must be taken by April 30th of the agreement year.
- All gallons delivered in excess of your prebuy will be invoiced at the prevailing market price at the time of delivery.
- Any unused monies remaining after April 30th may be applied to future purchases at the price in effect at that time, or refunded.
- Gallons delivered are at a discounted price. If the invoice is not paid within 10 days of the delivery, future deliveries will be at a non-discounted price and the agreement may be subject to cancellation.
